Our Managing Director, Linas Meilutis, has over 15 years of experience managing properties and providing renovation and repair services to hundreds of discerning South Florida residents. Designer and Realtor, Ingrida Sigita Meilutiene, a licensed Florida realtor, has supported residential customers from the United States and Europe who make South Florida their second home.

They have assembled an expert team of contractors and craftspeople based on their 15 years of experience in the residential property management and repair business.
